International Master Program in Design and Health

in collaboration with several academic institutions from different part of the world from USA, Canada, Europe Asia and Australia in order to engage different faculty members with interdisciplinary approach.

 

The International Master program in Design and Health is a unique program offered by the  the International Academy for Design and Health. The program is organised within the international arena for education and research in the field of health promotion and architectural design.

Design and health is an interdisciplinary science, which aims to develop and apply knowledge and information regarding human characteristics and behaviour in relation to the built environment such as workspaces, living spaces and products. A psychosocially supportive setting reduces daily stress and enhances health processes, quality of life, creativity, overall satisfaction and productivity thereby increasing economical growth and social value.

The International Master program in Design and Health will be organised according to an interdisciplinary approach with the participation of several faculties including public health, psychology, health management, architecture and economics. The International Academy for Design and Health (IADH) will provide the program through seminars and courses taught by a network of professors from all over the world.

Participants will receive an internationally recognised Master of Science Diploma of 40 credits in Design and Health issued by the most prestigious university in the filed of Design and Health. This program will be offered biannually, starting in September 2009. The International Master program in Design & Health is a world first and invites applications from all over the world.
