Andrew Jardine
 Andrew is an accomplished freelance photographer and organizational development consultant currently on assignments in Europe, but with an international portfolio of clients.
An associate of the Academy since 2008 his primary role is to support IADH initiatives, providing advice and guidance to the community on its editorial, awards, events, media and publishing activities, in addition to providing editorial and promotional images for the Academy and its members. With a diverse portfolio of celebrities, architecture, photojournalism and international event coverage Andrew is a confident, expert and cultured creative resource.
His training and business development interventions have been recognized in Cabinet dispatches to Parliament and taken him as far afield as the Middle East. As a senior level OD consultant Andrew specialises in Performance Management, with a strong emphasis on system / process engineering and management development.
His resourceful nature and unique influencing skills make him an ideal candidate for highly challenging, hard to reach projects and this extremity is what drives him.
Describing his work with the Academy, Andrew says: “My interest and continuing support for Design & Health stems from the inspirational journey of the Academy’s directors and its community to make a difference to human health, wellbeing and quality of life. It’s an honour to collaborate with the amazingly passionate members of the Academy’s global community.”
Andrew is a member of The Royal Photographic Society and is qualified through the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and Chartered Insurance Institute (FPC).
