Criteria Awarded for a completed healthcare project where issues of sustainability are achieved at a level conspicuously above the present mandatory norm and which set a new standard of attainment to satisfy legislative, technical, financial and moral imperatives. The award will only be made for exceptional solutions which must have been in full operation for a minimum of one year.
