Criteria
Awarded for a completed, innovative, independently assessed research study focused on a particular and unique aspect of the design, function, construction, financing or maintenance of a healthcare facility or addressing a relevant topic concerning public health in the context of the working environment.

• Relevance of research topic
• Stakeholder engagement
• Rigour of the methodology
• Independence of the assessment including post occupancy evaluation
  
• Generalizability of the methods and/or the findings to other settings
